About TOEFL
The TOEFL assesses your proficiency in using and comprehending English at a university level. TOEFL Basics

Date and Frequency

The TOEFL test is conducted over 60 times per year at authorized test centers globally. You are allowed to retake the test as many times as needed, but you cannot take it more than once within a 3-day period. If you already have a test appointment, you cannot register for another test date within 3 days of your existing appointment. The registration fee is applicable each time you register for a test date.

Center and Admit Card

The TOEFL iBT test, which is administered via the internet, is available at authorized test centers worldwide more than 60 times a year. Unlike some tests, there is no admit card provided for the TOEFL.

Result

Approximately 6 days after taking the test, you can view your scores online or through the official TOEFL app.

Score Reporting

Your test fee covers up to 4 free official TOEFL score reports sent to the TOEFL Destinations of your choice before the test. Official score reports will be transmitted to your designated recipients within 11-13 business days after completing the test.

Score Validity

TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years.

Time Duration

The test has a duration of 1 hour and 56 minutes.
